Pomona Valley HFH
Pomona Valley Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit, non-denominational, Christian housing ministry that builds houses to sell to very
low and low-income families in partnership with God, the families, and the community. We rely on help from volunteers ranging from
young adults to working professionals to retired men and women.
All Habitat volunteers need not be skilled plumbers or carpenters.
In fact, many volunteers find satisfaction in planning fundraisers, preparing lunches or snacks for work crews or selling tickets
for the annual raffle.
The Pomona Valley Habitat for Humanity has been active since October 1989. We have been supported by local
businesses, churches, service groups, trust and foundation grants, individual donors and volunteers. We extend our deepest gratitude
for their ongoing support. This growing network of support enables us to make more dreams come true every year.
Our Vision:
Pomona
Valley Habitat for Humanity will help provide decent, safe, and affordable housing for low-income residents in the West Inland Empire
and East San Gabriel Valley thereby promoting a healthy neighborhood environment for community residents.
Our Mission: Pomona Valley
Habitat for Humanity partners with community organizations, city officials, businesses, volunteers, and prospective homeowners to
provide homeownership for low-income families. Through this partnership, Habitat for Humanity promotes family well-being and assists
in establishing active, contributing members of the community.
