Honorarium
A memorial gift is a special way to provide a personal remembrance for a deceased family member or friend.
An honor gift provides a meaningful way to make a donation in the name of a family member of friend who is celebrating a special occasion
(birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc.). These gifts demonstrate your commitment to providing a hand up to low-income families
in need of safe decent and affordable shelter. When making a memorial or honor gift, Pomona Valley Habitat for Humanity will send
the person or family you designate a gift card, and you will also receive an acknowledgement letter as a receipt.

also mail your donation to Pomona Valley Habitat for Humanity, 2111 Bonita Avenue, La Verne, CA 91750. Click here to fill
out and print the PVHFH Donation Form to accompany your donation. Should you choose to use a credit card, the form provides
you the opportunity to do so.
